The United States of America is not an economic democracy - it is a political one - meaning that society is characterized by a formal equality of rights and privileges. We elect our governmental representatives by voting. Still, it is the political power vested in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution that keeps me here — freedom of expression.

The First Amendment is First because it is the most important. It is a precious
GIFT we are in danger of losing.
